At ETA, the benefits of our professional organization extend to all technicians, including students or simply those with an interest in the electronics field. Establishing a chapter provides the most efficient means for our organization to reach new technicians and expand awareness about our industry. Download our Student Chapter fact sheet for more information on forming an ETA Student or Local Chapter.
Benefits of an ETA Chapter:
There are now more ways than ever to keep your ETA Student Chapter in the know!
We are pleased to announce that we now have an ETA Student Chapter group on Facebook.
We have also created a LinkedIn group for ETA Student Chapters. This is actually a subgroup, linked directly to the ETA International page on LinkedIn.
See you there!
Veterans Assembled electronics (VAe) is an agile Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned small business focused on providing electronics training and certifications to service-disabled veterans (SDVs). VAe’s five-month immersion Skills Training and Certification (STRAC) program is designed to train and certify veterans with stackable credentials issued by ETA International, enabling our graduates to demonstrate the competencies industry requires.
A growing partnership with ETA and its excellent resources, VAe decided to establish ETA Local Chapters at each VAe training site. This will serve VAe students as they become part of ETA and see the benefits of continued membership and support, even after they are placed in jobs. It is our hope this new partnership will allow us to leverage the resources and tools available at ETA with our industry partners to provide outreach opportunities, advanced certifications and give our students access to ETA recognition.
